Building on his background as a computer programmer, Mikołaj connects his work on technology regulation with philosophical reflection on the limits of what can be achieved through the law. Aside from his academic publications, Mikołaj has written for Coindesk and Cointelegraph. Mikołaj leads Regulation of Crypto-Finance and is involved in all the issue projects.

Researcher and lecturer at the Institute for Distributed Ledgers and Token Economy (WU) and an affiliated researcher of the Research Institute for Cryptoeconomics.
